Thank you for subscribing to BetterDay. This policy explains how our subscription service works, how billing renewals happen, and how you can cancel or modify your subscription at any time.
1. Subscription Terms
When you subscribe to BetterDay you agree to receive recurring shipments of our product and to be charged a recurring payment at the interval you select during checkout.
You must provide a valid payment method and keep your account details current at all times. Subscription benefits may include a discounted price, free shipping, or other exclusive offers.
2. Billing and Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the interval you select, for example every thirty days or every sixty days. Your payment method will be charged on the renewal date.
You will receive an email reminder about upcoming renewals. You may change your billing interval, skip a shipment, or update your account information at any time before the renewal date.
3. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time. You can cancel instantly through your account dashboard or by emailing support@heybetterday.com. Once your cancellation is confirmed you will not be billed again. Any order that has already been processed or shipped before your cancellation cannot be refunded or stopped.
4. Pause or Modify Subscription
If you do not want to cancel completely you may pause your subscription for up to three months. You may also change the shipment date or product variant.
All changes must be made before your next billing date.
5. Refunds After Cancellation
We do not offer refunds for subscription orders that have already been sent or processed before cancellation. If you believe you were charged in error after canceling, contact support@heybetterday.com within thirty days and we will correct the issue.
6. Effect of Cancellation
After cancellation your subscription benefits may end immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle depending on the benefit offered. You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.
7. Changes to the Subscription Policy
BetterDay may update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the subscription service reflects your acceptance of any updates.
