99-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Purchases Only)

At BetterDay, your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer a risk-free 99-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases.

If you use the product consistently as directed and don't feel a noticeable difference, simply contact us at support@heybetterday.com within 99 days of delivery, and we'll refund you in full—no return required.

Important Notes:

  • Applies only to first-time purchases of BetterDay
  • The guarantee covers one bottle per customer
  • You must use the product as directed for at least 99 days
  • Limited to one refund per customer
  • Shipping, handling, and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable
  • If you choose to exchange your product, the money-back guarantee no longer applies

Returns of opened products are not accepted.

If a customer chooses not to use the 99-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the product may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging.

Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

Opened products or products with a broken seal are not eligible for return or refund outside of the 99-Day Money-Back Guarantee.


How to Request a Refund

If you believe the product did not work for you after consistent daily use, please email us at support@heybetterday.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Confirmation that you used the product as directed for at least 99 days
  • A brief description of your experience

Once approved, we'll refund the purchase price of one bottle to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Refunds for Subscription Orders

Subscription (autoship) orders are not eligible for the 99-day money-back guarantee. However, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Unopened items only
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

To request a refund, email support@heybetterday.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time through your account.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Fee: A $2.00 restocking fee may apply to cover administrative costs.
  • Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@heybetterday.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the damage or incorrect item
  • A short description of the issue

You do not need to return the damaged item—we'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.


Unopened Returns Outside the Guarantee

If you ordered extra bottles and want to return unopened units that are not part of a guarantee claim, please contact us first at support@heybetterday.com.

  • Unapproved returns will not be accepted
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Items must be sent back to the address we provide

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item in accordance with our refund policy. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item. Please note that exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. You may file a claim directly with the carrier.
