Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel the benefits of BetterDay with confidence. If you use the product consistently and feel no noticeable change, you can request a refund under the terms of our guarantee.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the guarantee:

The guarantee applies to one bottle per customer on the first purchase

You must use the product as directed for at least ninety nine (99) days

Your request must be submitted within ninety nine days (99) of the purchase date

Only the purchase price of one bottle is eligible for refund under this guarantee
We ask for honest feedback about your experience so we can continue improving our product and service.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe the product did not work for you after consistent daily use, please email us at support@heybetterday.com with:

Your order number

Confirmation that you used the product as directed for at least ninety nine (99) days

A brief description of your experience
Once approved we refund the amount to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
No Return Required
For the satisfaction guarantee there is no need to return the bottle, even if it is opened or used. This makes the process simple and easy for every customer.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with:

Photos or videos of the damage

A short description of the issue
We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Unopened Returns Outside the Guarantee
If you ordered extra bottles and want to return unopened units that are not part of the guarantee claim, please contact us first. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Shipping costs for voluntary returns are not refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. You may file a claim directly with the carrier.
Subscription Orders
Subscription renewals are billed automatically. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time through your account. Refunds for shipped subscription orders are handled on a case by case basis.
